These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, online ordering, purchasing and delivery of our products by JACKIE MACK DESIGNS (ABN 19 153 118 131) from www.jackiemackdesigns.com
Prior to placing an order, you should read the following terms and conditions as they contain important information.
RETAIL ONLINE ORDERS
Orders placed on our website are subject to availability. JACKIE MACK DESIGNS reserves the right to cancel any order should it be unfulfillable or if the transaction appears or is deemed to be fraudulent.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made at the time of submitting your order using Paypal. Settlements of all transactions are in United States Dollars (USD). If you use an international credit card the currency of your order will automatically be converted to United States Dollars (USD) upon completing the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate and banks may charge the credit card holder a small conversion fee (if applicable).
Alternatively, only for USA-eligible customers, you may pay by selecting Klarna USA. Payments via Klarna USA are subject to terms and conditions between you and Klarna USA.
PRICES
JACKIE MACK DESIGNS reserve the right to change prices without notice. If an error may occur in the pricing or description of a listed product, JACKIE MACK DESIGNS reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. Prices may be subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors.
SALE PRICES
Promo Codes are not valid on Sale items unless stated otherwise.
CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES
JACKIE MACK DESIGNS is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes that must be paid by the receiver. We do not cover these charges for you. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by DHL Express or an import broker. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
In the event of a refused shipment, you will be charged for return postage that you will need to arrange with DHL.
Please note that shipping charges do not cover international duties or import taxes that may be due prior to delivery.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging and confirming the details of your order. We do not accept order cancellations after you have placed your order.
IMAGES & COLOURS
Images should be used as a guide only. While every effort has been made to represent the product accurately, colours and materials may vary depending on lighting conditions at the time of the photoshoot. Please note colours may differ depending on your device and monitor settings at the time of viewing.
PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional codes and discount codes can only be redeemed when purchasing at full retail price and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise advertised. Promotional codes are only valid once per customer, per advertised offer. To use a promotional code, simply enter the code at checkout prior to processing payment.

PRE-ORDERS

PRODUCT VOLUNTARY WARRANTY
Every piece of Jackie Mack Designs Jewellery comes with a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. In addition to this, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to the terms of this warranty, Jackie Mack Designs offers a warranty against manufacturing defects for genuine Jackie Mack Designs items purchased from our online store www.jackiemackdesigns.com or a Jackie Mack Designs authorised stockist, for a period of six months for electroplated jewellery and twelve months for PVD plated jewellery from the date of purchase (Warranty Period*). Jackie Mack Designs will offer a repair (where possible) or replacement* for such genuine Jackie Mack Designs item(s) exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value. Certain exclusions set out below apply.
*Note: You may have other rights and remedies (including the right to receive a refund) under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the relevant circumstances, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may in some circumstances continue to apply after the end of the Jackie Mack Designs Warranty Period.
EXCLUSIONS TO JACKIE MACK DESIGNS’ WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS
JACKIE MACK DESIGNS does not offer repairs, refunds or exchanges for defective products purchased from any of our authorised stockists. If the product purchased from an authorised stockist is found to be defective or damaged, it is up to the discretion of the stockist as to how they wish to rectify the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
– JACKIE MACK DESIGNS warranty does not apply to items that have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by accident or misuse. Please see follow the care instructions listed on our website.
– All metals will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster if they have contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin pH. The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs depends on your skin and jewellery care habits. Tarnishing due to the above reasons is not covered under this warranty.
– Any repairs or modifications made to your JACKIE MACK DESIGNS jewellery that are not performed by JACKIE MACK DESIGNS will void the voluntary warranty.
– JACKIE MACK DESIGNS’s voluntary warranty does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. JACKIE MACK DESIGNS’s voluntary warranty provides benefits in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer law in Australia; and does not exclude, restrict, modify, limit, replace or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees.
Depending on the relevant circumstances, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may continue to apply after the end of JACKIE MACK DESIGNS’s voluntary warranty period.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Please email your proof of purchase to customercare@jackiemackdesigns.com to describe the problem and send clear photos of the product showing any faults.
MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Jackie Mack Designs US-INT mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Jackie Mack Designs US-INT (“Jackie Mack Designs US-INT”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Jackie Mack Designs US-INT’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Jackie Mack Designs US-INT through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Jackie Mack Designs US-INT. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18339192575 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Jackie Mack Designs US-INT mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
