All orders are shipped from Sydney-Australia via DHL EXPRESS.
ETA to the U.S.A once the order is dispatched: 3-6 business days.
Orders received during the weekend and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Free Express Shipping on all orders $100 USD and over, except Russia.
Express Shipping flat rate of $15 USD for orders under $100 USD.

JACKIE MACK DESIGNS is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes that must be paid by the receiver. We do not cover these charges for you.
Please note that shipping charges do not cover international duties or import taxes that may be due prior to delivery.
During Sale Periods we may experience delays in shipping your order by 1-2 business days.
