Returns & Exchanges

Pre-arranged Exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days following receipt of the item(s).
You must contact us on customercare@jackiemackdesigns.com to advise us regarding your intention to exchange an item, and receive confirmation that it qualifies for an exchange.
You will need to cover the cost of exchanges and return postage.
Note that we do not give refunds. Please choose carefully, read the measurements of the items.
In the event that you wish to Exchange your order for an item that is not in stock yet (for example a new collection available on pre-order) we will give you a store credit valid for 12 months.
Returns or Exchanges can only be accepted if the item has not been worn and it’s packaging is intact.
If your item is faulty we will provide an exchange or refund, at our discretion.
Please reach out to us on customercare@jackiemackdesigns.com – include your order number in the subject line and send us clear photos of the faults.
We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

If you wish to return an item(s) purchased through Klarna USA, please note the following:
-Once we confirm that the item is eligible for a return (i.e. the item is faulty), we will process a refund via Klarna USA.
-Your personal agreement with Klarna USA will still stand and you will continue to pay the scheduled repayment(s).

If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear and its original packaging must be intact.
Please reutilise the shipping box and satchel to return the jewellery to ensure that it’s protected during transit.
Should the item not be in its original condition the return/exchange will be rejected.
Always ensure that you keep your tracking number when returning items to Jackie Mack Designs.
