Customer FAQ
QUICK KEY INFO
Pre-arranged Exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days following receipt of the item(s).
You must contact us on customercare@jackiemackdesigns.com to advise us regarding your intention to exchange an item and receive confirmation that it qualifies for an exchange.
You will need to cover the cost of exchanges and return postage.
Note that we do not give refunds. Please choose carefully, read the measurements of the items.
In the event that you wish to exchange your order for an item that is not in stock yet (for example a new collection available on pre-order) we will give you store credit valid for 12 months.

United States Orders
All items are shipped from Sydney-Australia via DHL EXPRESS.
ETA to the U.S.A once the order is dispatched: 3-6 business days.
REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped from Sydney-Australia via DHL Express.
ETA once the order is dispatched:
CANADA – 4-6 business days
EUROPE – 4-6 business days
REST OF THE WORLD – exceeding 5 business days.

Free Express Shipping on all orders $250 USD and over.

Almost immediately you’ll receive an order confirmation from us with details about your order.
We aim to dispatch orders the same day, otherwise, they are processed the next business day without delay.
